½ kg chicken leg or thigh pieces
¼ kg pork belly, cut into pieces
¼ kg chicken liver
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 head garlic, crushed
6 tbsp vinegar
1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
2 sachets 16g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
Remove liver after 5 minutes. Remove chicken after 10 minutes. Strain pork after 30 minutes.
Sauté liver, chicken and pork in oil until golden brown. Pour cooking liquid, season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and simmer until sauce is thick. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
Combine chicken, pork, garlic, vinegar, water and sugar in a pot. Bring to a simmer.
