8 pcs fresh medium eggs
½ sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp keso de bola, grated
1 cup ham, diced
Beat eggs and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Stir in cheese.
Sauté ham in oil for 2 minutes using a non-stick pan. Pour egg mixture in the pan. Gently stir until barely set.
Cover with plate, flip, and slide back in the pan to cook the other side. Remove from the pan and set aside. Cut into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate, and serve warm.
