  • ½ sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 pc ¾ kg lapu-lapu, cleaned and scored
  • 1 thumb-size ginger, sliced
  • 2 stalks kinchay, picked
  • 3 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 stalks spring onion, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Step 1
Season lapu-lapu with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Stuff with spring onion and ginger. Place in a plate and cook in a steamer for 20 – 30 minutes. Remove from the steamer and set aside to rest. Reserve liquid.
Step 2
Combine water, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, spring onion, ginger, and liquid from the fish in a pot. Bring to simmer and set aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and carefully pour on top of fish. Pour sauce and garnish with kinchay. Serve immediately.
