Lumpiang Shanghai with Galunggong

Fry galunggong in oil until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Step2 of 3
Shred fish and mix with onion, carrot and egg. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and mix well.

Wrap 2 tbsp of the mixture with lumpia wrapper. Fry in oil until golden brown and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
