Step1 of 3: Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Vegetable Oil
Sauté garlic, onion and tomato in oil for 1 minute.
Step2 of 3: Water, Eggplant, Sitaw, Ampalaya, Okra, Kalabasa
Pour water and simmer. Add kalabasa, ampalaya and eggplant and simmer for 2 minutes. Add okra and sitaw and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Step3 of 3: MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
