Step1 of 3
Sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper, ham and mushroom in butter. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.

Beat eggs and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Step3 of 3
Pour beaten egg and gently stir until barely set. Stir in parsley. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
