Tinapa and Kesong Puti Omelet

Step1 of 3
Sauté garlic, onion, tomato and tinapa in 1 tbsp of oil. Add spring onion. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool
Step2 of 3
Beat 2 pcs of eggs in a bowl and season with ¼ tsp of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Preheat and non stick pan and add a little oil. Pour beaten eggs, stir until barely set and spread throughout the bottom of the pan.
Step3 of 3
Place 2 tablespoon of the tinapa mixture and kesong puti on 1 side of the egg. Carefully slide on a plate and fold. Cook the rest of the ingredients. Serve warm.
