Tortang Talong with Luncheon Meat

Step1 of 4
Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, potato and meatloaf in oil for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Step2 of 4
Beat eggs and add to filling mixture. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Step3 of 4
Season roasted eggplant with ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Place egg mixture on top of the eggplant.
Step4 of 4
Fry for 2 minutes per side. Drain excess oil. Repeat with the rest of the Torta. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
